At onePT we understand that nutrition is the key that unlocks results from the training – our aim is to educate members to not only make the right choice when in the gym but how to fuel correctly for the training session ahead, and also what to eat after the session to start the recovery process. That hour in the gym can be totally undone by what you do in the remaining 23 hours!
With a food-first approach, members can choose from a range of our fresh pre-prepared meals from one of key partners – Soulmate Foods, to either eat in or take-away. Equally, for people on the go, members can choose from a selected range of ready to drink shakes or healthy snacks.
