Q. What led you to onePT in the first place?
A. I have tried a number of different gym memberships over the years - the last one before onePT being a gym that was just PT appointments only and then the first lock down happened in March 2020. I started searching for a different, more inclusive model of membership and came across onePT’s web site. I had a free session, Neil explained all that onePT had to offer to its members, including a dedicated Personal Trainer, tracking member progress, a full programme of no-nonsense classes and unlimited access to the very well equipped gym. I liked what I saw, joined in September 2020 as a 60 year old and have not looked back.Louise

Q. What led you to onePT in the first place?
A.I just googled Personal Training gyms in Rochdale. Then when I saw onePT I liked the exclusive and professional feel. When I did a bit more digging I was also drawn to the sports performance background of Dr Neil Fell PhD.
Q. How would you describe onePT to your friends?
A.Best gym I've ever been to. Well kitted out, friendly staff, friendly members, very inclusive and just a perfect place to de-stress.
Q. What is your biggest challenge outside of onePT?
A.Having enough downtime / rest and recovery. Always on the road working or racing having little or no sleeping pattern, always tired!

Q. What led you to onePT in the first place?
A. Initially it was due to a few members from my last gym joining onePT that led me to look into joining. I then looked on the website and thought it looked like a great place so thought I’d give it a go as it catered for what I needed, classes, machines, weights plus the bonus of a PT session every month. It was local and not a big commercial gym where you struggle to get on to the equipment.
Q. How do you describe onePT to your friends?
A. I describe onePT as a gym that isn’t full of posers or big muscle meatheads. It has a great atmosphere with all the equipment that you need and can get to use without it being really busy.
