onePT can measure then improve all aspects of your movement, health and wellbeing. From internal health through to nutrition, exercise and lifestyle, our systems and technologies can help our members to pin point problem areas, set objectives and measure changes over time.
You will receive a personalised training plan – all available on your smart phone or online, together with videos and text explaining how to perform each exercise and the ability to log your training scores, whether training on your own or with your PT.
All of our PTs are continually learning, developing their skills and have access to the latest information and resources. This means that you can be confident of receiving the best possible service, the most effective training plans and guidance that is relevant to you and your health and fitness journey.
We use the latest fitness technologies to help our members stay engaged & on track in-between sessions. onePT brings together the learnings, systems and technologies that are most commonly used in elite sport and are making them available to everyone whatever your goal.
