Every member of staff at onePT has been carefully recruited not only for their technical knowledge, qualifications and expertise but also on their personality and ability to engage and communicate with clients of all ages and abilities.
Every member of staff is inducted, guided and mentored via our own onePT Academy in the culture, philosophies and values of onePT; as well as the different systems, to ensure each member receives the best quality knowledge, coaching, experience and highest level of service and care..
Through careful research, the onePT facility has been designed with both the member and the Personal Trainer at the fore front of our mission to maximise the member experience, whatever your level or ability.
Our aim is to bring together the best people who are dedicated to delivering the highest quality training experience, the highest standard equipment and the latest fitness technologies and wellness applications to deliver a true and sustainable member experience.
At onePT we understand that nutrition is the key that unlocks results from the training - and that your hour in the gym can be totally undone by what you do in the remaining 23 hours.
That is why the onePT Kitchen is vital to our concept and facility, not only to support your programming through pre & post nutrition but also to be a focal point for the onePT Community. It provides an ideal environment to allow you to relax with a coffee or one of our delicious smoothies and catch up with emails, review training data and progress with your Personal Trainer or simply watch the news.
Our variety of Fitness Classes are a complete workout testing your strength, power, endurance and movement ability.
With the emphasis on coaching you can look forward to being challenged but importantly improving your ability to execute effective exercises helping you to get more from training. Incorporating a range of different strength based and functional training methods, our Fitness Classes will lead you to a stronger, leaner and more bulletproof body.
