  • How do I become a onePT member?

    Simply fill out the ‘Join Us Now’ form on the 'Membership' page and a member of our team will contact you shortly to arrange your sign up appointment.

    Alternatively feel free to visit us anytime during our opening hours. A member of the team will be delighted to sign you up!

  • Can I trial onePT before joining?

    Of course! We offer a complimentary PT session to give you an insight into onePT!

  • What are the club opening times?

    Monday to Friday -  6.30 am to 9.00 pm
    Saturday - 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
    Sunday - 8.00 am to 2.00 pm

    onePT closes at 9 pm during the week, so members are not training too late, can adequately refuel and ensure they get enough rest / sleep to optimise their recovery. It also means our staff are not working unsociable hours which is important to us. Equally at weekends, we close at 2 pm on a Sunday so staff and members can go and spend quality time with their families or friends.

  • What if I can't find a car parking space?

    After 5 pm, as a onePT member you can park in front of Jem Firepumps or Allely Metal Supplies – please do not park in any restricted areas or block any fire exit routes.

  • How do I access the facility?

    You will need to use your onePT wrist band which will be assigned to you after your initial Health & Movement Assessment. This wrist band also activates the lockers.

  • What if I lose my wristband?

    Unfortunately our sophisticated wristbands are not cheap, and a charge of £10 is payable for a replacement.

  • How do I pay for food and drink in the onePT Kitchen?

    The onePT Kitchen operates on a cashless system, therefore you can purchase food & drink by ‘adding money to your account’. The minimum credit is £25 however for every single £50 purchase of credit you will receive an additional, £5.

  • Do you have wifi?

    Yes we have a free secure wifi available to our members.

  • Can I book additional PT sessions?

    Yes, you can book 1 to 1 PT Packages, where in addition to your inclusive session you can purchase either an additional 3, 7 or 11 sessions per month. Small Group PT packages are also available where you can train with up to 3 people with your Personal Trainer, either 1 or 2 sessions per week.

  • Do you offer any classes?

    As part of your membership you can attend any of our Fitness Classes – subject to availability – as class numbers will vary and some may be limited to small numbers.

  • Do I need to book?

    As class sizes will vary and some may be limited, it is advisable to book your place – you can do this via the onePT Branded App (powered through MindBody our membership system). You can download the App for free through the iTunes (iOS) or Android (Google Play) Stores.

  • What type of classes do you offer?

    Our variety of Fitness Classes are a complete workout testing your strength, power, endurance and movement ability. With the emphasis on coaching you can look forward to being challenged but importantly improving your ability to execute effective exercises helping you to get more from training. Incorporating a range of different strength based and functional training methods, our classes will lead you to a stronger, leaner and more bulletproof body.

    Please keep a look out for additional classes that we will add to the time table which you will be able to see in the onePT App (powered through MindBody); we will also promote these through our onePT Community Facebook page as well as internally in the gym.

    By joining our classes whether by themselves or as a supplement to your programme and monthly inclusive personal training session, you are becoming part of our community; a community that supports each other and pushes you to new limits.
