FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Functional fitness means doing movements that mimic everyday actions, incorporating multiple muscles groups at the same time. This builds strength, stability and mobility across the body, making us more efficient human beings, not only inside the gym but outside as well. These small group functional fitness classes (limited to 10 people) will ensure quality, bespoke training to every individual that attends with education and learning new skills at the forefront. It is open and accessible to everyone, as all movements can be scaled to suit each member's fitness and skill level. It's not about how fast you are, or how much you can lift, it's about how far you have come along, striving for you to become better after each and every session. Also through our strategic partnership with Archon, members are strongly encouraged to download and register with the Archon app, and therefore establish measurable and repeatable feedback / data from the workouts to ensure they are continuing to progress.
